'70 Rounds Fired' Leaves 7 Shot, 2 Killed In Philadelphia: Police (Updated)

Details are emerging in the North Philadelphia mass shooting incident that killed two and sent five more to the hospital on Tuesday night, Nov. 21.

The gunfire rang out on the corner of North 6th and North Fairhill streets around 8:30 p.m., authorities said. "At least 70 rounds were fired," the Philadelphia Police said.

Two men, 31-year-old Roger Marquez and 38-year-old Leon Pierre, were shot multiple times and taken to Temple University Hospital where they died, according to PPD.

Other victims included:

A 30-year-old man shot in the chin; in critical condition.
A 34-year-old man shot throughout the body; in critical condition.
A 33-year-old man shot in the torso; in stable condition.
A 19-year-old man shot in the neck and leg; in critical condition.
A 33-year-old man shot throughout the body; in critical condition.

No arrests had been made by Wednesday evening, Nov. 22, though three guns were recovered from the scene, police said.

The Homicide Detective Division is investigating.
